Office Hours
- Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Friday 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
- Physician on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year

Payment Policy
Co-payments and payments for services must be rendered at the time of the visit. We accept cash/check, VISA, MASTERCARD and American Express. No in-house financing is available.
Private pay patients receive discounted services.
